This version moves away from simple triple sec and looks toward complex acidity and nutty, savoury undertones:
- The Foundation: A split base of Agave Spirit and Smoked Agave Spirit for a subtle, campfire depth.
- The Acid: A custom Desert Lime & Aspen Cordial providing a sharp, uniquely Australian tang.
- The Body: A touch of Fino Sherry for dryness and Wattleseed & Macadamia Orgeat for a creamy, toasted finish.
