Our Monthly Masterclass series is designed for the spirit enthusiast who wants to move beyond the basic pour. Led by our expert bar team and master distillers, these technical sessions go behind the glass to explore the science of flavour, the history of spirits, and the "tricks" used in world-class mixology. From the botanical architecture of our Gin to the physics of a perfect emulsion, we invite you to go deeper into the craft of the cocktail.
The Experience: Each month features a new, rotating theme specialising in a specific spirit category or bar technique. These are intimate, hands-on sessions held in our Gold Coast tasting room, providing a sophisticated environment to learn, taste, and master the art of the drink.

Ready to go beyond the basic G&T? This month, we are diving into The Art of the Gin Emulsion - the professional secret to creating those velvety, cloud-like textures found in the world’s most iconic gin drinks. You'll master the "physics" of the shake and learn how to use structural agents to transform a standard spirit into a silky masterpiece.
