THE DISTILLERY

At Six-Tricks, we’ve built a distillery where tradition meets innovation. Our facility is designed to push the boundaries of spirit-making, and we’re proud to produce world-class spirits right here on the Gold Coast.

Our production centrepiece is Lizzie - our 2500L hybrid copper pot and column still, named in honour of our Founder’s late mother. Alongside Lizzie, we operate a range of stills, including a 250L hybrid still, a 100L pot still, and a 3L R&D still for our experimental small-batch runs. These stills allow us to produce the full range of core spirits—Rum, Whisk(e)y, Vodka, Gin, Agave, and Brandy—all from scratch.

With a fermentation capacity of 7500L and an onsite 15-hectolitre brewhouse for crafting grain-based spirits, we are committed to quality and innovation at every step. Each spirit we create is a testament to the rich heritage of Australian distillation, using the best local ingredients, including Queensland Blackstrap Molasses and Volcanic Hinterland Spring Water.

Our distillery is more than just a production facility—it’s a place where the art and science of distilling come to life. We believe that every great spirit has a story, and ours is one of passion, dedication, and a relentless drive for perfection.

While our spirits are crafted with meticulous care, we also know that great things take time. Many of our spirits are aged in-house, where they quietly mature in our barrel hall, waiting for the right moment to shine.
