We’re welcoming Callington Mill Distillery, one of Australia’s most prestigious single malt producers, live and in person for an exclusive guided whisky education session and tasting at Six-Tricks Distilling Co.

Held monthly at Six-Tricks Distilling Co., the Gold Coast Whisky Club is more than just a tasting - it’s a curated journey through some of the world’s most exciting whiskies.
Each session includes:
- A guided tasting of premium whiskies (typically 5–6, including a rare or special release)
- Structured whisky education - from cask selection and maturation to regional profiles
- A custom tasting mat to guide your exploration
- In-person presenters, brand ambassadors, or distillers when available
- A welcoming community of whisky lovers

Callington Mill Comes to the Coast
Hailing from the historic town of Oatlands in Tasmania, Callington Mill Distillery has taken the whisky world by storm. Built around an 1837 heritage-listed flour mill, the distillery fuses old-world charm with cutting-edge production techniques to create bold, complex, and award-winning single malts.
Their PX Sherry Cask release was recently crowned World’s Best Single Malt - and they’re bringing it to us.
On the night, a Callington Mill brand ambassador will personally guide us through six exceptional expressions, including unreleased and cask strength editions.
