Rum & Riddim is your one-day passport to good rum, good riddim, and good vibes - and you're invited!
Held on World Rum Day, this free public event at Six-Tricks Distilling Co. brings together some of Queensland’s best rum producers for a full afternoon of tastings, cocktails, food, and live music.
Whether you’re deep into the rum game or just here for the reggae, this is a celebration built for both. Flavour forward and music fuelled, right here on the Gold Coast.
What’s Happening:
- Free tastings from Beenleigh Rum Distillery, Capricorn Distilling Co., Lula Rum, Milton Rum, and Six-Tricks Distilling Co.
- Bottle & merch sales direct from each distillery
- Signature rum cocktails + spirit mixers showcasing all six distilleries at the Six-Tricks bar (plus all of our usual favourites!)
- The Rum Passport Major Draw your tasting guide & prize entry. Collect a stamp from every distillery and complete your Rum Passport to enter the major prize draw at 7PM, must be present to win.
- Everyone who registers via Eventbrite goes in the draw to win a killer rum-themed prize pack. One winner will be drawn on the day - and you must be registered to enter.
- Live music by Jesse Morris Band (roots reggae, dub 3PM)
- DJ Red Like Fire spinning Afro, Latin, hip hop & vibes (6PM–Late)
- Pitstop Smokehouse serving up low and slow bites all day
- Family-friendly & dog-friendly setting
