The rum
Distilled from Queensland blackstrap molasses using a proprietary fermentation profile developed by our founder and head distiller, Chris Macklin. A minimum one-week ferment built for ester development and depth. Double pot-distilled on our 250L copper still, then laid down in charred ex-bourbon American oak - the same Heaven Hill barrels we use for our whisky program.
Non-chill filtered. No additives. Nothing added.
