The whisky
100% Australian malted barley. Double pot-distilled on our 250L copper still. Laid down in charred ex-bourbon American oak - Heaven Hill barrels from Kentucky, finished by Murray River Cooperage. Non-chill filtered. No additives. No colour added.
What goes in is what comes out - just transformed by two years in oak.
